# Limitations

> What Cosmos Advisor can and can't do on its own — the two setup steps you still complete manually through the web UI.

The Advisor can automate your entire SDLC for you, but there are two things you must do manually through the web UI.

## Steps that still need you

* **Completing integration connections.** The Advisor tells you which integrations are needed and links you to the settings page, but the browser sign-in flow is finished by you — and some connections (GitHub App, Slack workspace, org-wide installs) require an admin. The Advisor never completes OAuth on its own.
* **Storing secrets.** Credentials for non-built-in integrations (for example, a self-hosted GitLab token) must be stored by you in the secret manager before the Advisor can wire an Expert to them.
