This Credit Based Pricing & Product Usage Policy (the “CBP Policy”) describes how Credits are purchased and consumed in connection with Augment Code’s SaaS platform and related services (the “Services”). This CBP Policy is incorporated by reference into the applicable Order Form and the Agreement governing your use of the Services (collectively, the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined in this CBP Policy have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

Credits

“Credits” are the unit of measure used to track and bill usage of certain features and functionality of the Services. Credits represent the right to access and use usage‑based portions of the Services, subject to the Agreement. Credits are not legal tender or currency, have no monetary value outside the Services, are non‑transferable, and may only be used in connection with the Services. Credits may be included as part of a subscription or purchased separately, as specified in the applicable Order Form.

Consumption of Credits

Credits are consumed based on Customer’s actual use of the Services. Different products, features, workflows, and configurations may consume different amounts of Credits. Consumption depends on factors such as: (i) the specific product or feature used; (ii) usage volume; (iii) configuration choices; (iv) integrations enabled; and (v) the AI models or processing methods used. Actual Credit consumption may vary significantly from Customer to Customer.

Consumption Measurement

The Customer Billing & Performance Dashboard (“CBP Dashboard”), accessible within the Services, is the authoritative source of record for: (i) Credit usage; (ii) remaining Credit balance; and (iii) historical consumption data. The CBP Dashboard controls for billing and usage purposes, regardless of any estimates, projections, or examples provided elsewhere. Any usage estimates, calculators, or examples provided by Augment Code are illustrative only. Actual Credit consumption depends on Customer’s real‑world usage and configuration of the Services. Augment Code does not guarantee that Credits will last for any specific duration or support any specific usage level.

Exhaustion of Credits

Augment Code shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer when 90% of its purchased Credits have been used. If a Customer exhausts its Credits, Customer shall be billed in arrears for the remainder of the Order Term at the prices specified in the applicable Order Form. If no such pricing exists, then the price will be calculated based on the then publicly available list price.

Expiration/Refund of Credits

Unless specified differently in the applicable Order Form, Credits expire at the end of the applicable Order Term, unless earlier consumed. Unused Credits do not roll over unless expressly stated in the Order Form. All purchases and use of Credits are final and non‑refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in the Agreement. Credits are non‑transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared outside the Customer’s account.

Product‑Specific Usage Details

The sections below describes specific individual line items on Order Forms and how Augment Code calculates use of such products and features within the Services. For clarity, purchase and use of Credits is in addition to, and not included in, Platform Subscriptions.

Augment Enterprise Platform Subscription Tiers

All Augment Enterprise Platform Tiers include:
  • access to all IDE & automation features available in the platform
  • insights & analytics dashboard
  • all current and future LLM models available in our platform (including Opus and GPT 5.2)
Each specific Augment Enterprise Platform Tier includes:
  • Standard. Includes up to 200 Developer Seats (Users) and Augment Code’s standard customer support.
  • Enterprise. Includes up to 600 Developer Seats (Users) and Augment Code’s Enterprise customer support.
  • Enterprise‑Advanced. Unlimited amount of Developer Seats (Users) and Augment Code’s Enterprise customer support.

Changes to Pricing or Credit Consumption

Augment Code may update Credit consumption rates, eligible Services, or this CBP Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated CBP Policy.
